We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Options
We offer the following USPS shipping methods:
- Ground Advantage: Estimated 7-14 business days
Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number, typically within one to two business days. Please note that shipping estimates are based on when USPS receives the package, not when your order is placed.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
We ask that customers allow at least 14 business days for their package to arrive before reaching out for a replacement. We require that our customers in Alaska and Hawaii allow 28 days for a Ground Advantage package to arrive. If there are known regional delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may require additional time before issuing a replacement.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping delays are common. USPS often posts updates on their website regarding service disruptions, and we strive to communicate this information when available.
"Delivered" Packages & Missing Mail
If USPS tracking indicates that your package was delivered, we must assume it was. We cannot replace packages marked as delivered unless USPS confirms an error.
If this happens, please contact your local USPS office first. They can geolocate the package and provide official documentation stating whether it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. This paperwork is required to obtain a replacement.
Filing a Delivery Insurance Claim
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
- USPS periodically recycles tracking numbers, so please contact us promptly while tracking history is still available.
- If your claim is approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order.
